The Burlington Community Boathouse is the centerpiece of Burlington's beautiful and evergrowing waterfront on Lake Champlain.  The Boathouse offers boaters a full service Marina with power, water, showers and pump-out facilities and can be found at the following coordinates:

Also offered at the Boathouse are Splash Cafe' and Catering, diving registration for local historic wrecks, sailing charters and the always fantastic sunset over the Adirondack Mountains of New York.    

Parking is available at the Waterfront lot (on the right just before the Boathouse circle) at a rate of $5 per entry for Burlington residents, $6 for non-Burlington residents and $7 for event parking.
