Boathouse Wakefield Room
The Wakefield Room, on the upper level of the Boathouse, is an ideal location for meetings, receptions and parties. It is available for rental year-round.  Please call (802)651-1081 for room rental information.

Festival Site
The festival site on the shore of Lake Champlain is available for a host of activities: private meetings, conferences, concerts, festivals and exhibits. The festival season runs from mid-May to mid-September. Producers of events or persons interested in renting the site for the summer season can pick up an application packet at the Burlington Dept. of Parks & Recreation Offices at 645 Pine Street, Suite B. Waterfront Shelter
The lakefront shelter adjacent to the Coast Guard building can be reserved for full- and half-day use from Friday, May 16 through Monday, Sept. 1. The shelter accommodates 50 to 60 people and has on-site rotisserie grill

Other Park properties and facilities are available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain areas and facilities, including picnic shelters and ball fields may be reserved for special events and group, team or league activities.
