How to Register
Download the registration form and submit it with your payment. Registrations are accepted through our online registration program (click here), by mail, by phone (864-0123), by fax to 862-8027 (Visa or MasterCard charges only), or in person at the Burlington Parks & Recreation office at 645 Pine St.

Non-Resident Surcharge
There is a surcharge for non-Burlington residents as follows: $10 per participant per program costing $100 or less; $20 per participant per program costing up to $200 and $30 for programs over $200.

Who Is a Resident?
Resident rates for Burlington Parks & Rec programs apply to those residing within the Burlington city limits at the time registration is submitted.

Scholarships
If you need help paying for our programs, we do offer scholarships to qualified Burlington youth and senior citizens. Scholarships are awarded based upon household size and income on a first-come, first-served basis, as long as funds are available.

Military Grant Funds Available
Children of deployed military personnel are invited to apply for grants up to $500 to be used towards Parks and Recreation sponsored programs.  For more information/instructions, please go to www.ourmilitarykids.org

After You Have Registered
You can assume you are in the class once you submit your registration application. If the class is full, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.

Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, refunds will be available only until one week prior to the first day of a program or activity. A $10 administrative fee will be charged for processing the refund. If a program is cancelled by Burlington Parks & Rec, a full refund will be issued and no administrative fee will be charged.

Insurance
Burlington Parks & Rec does not carry medical or accident insurance for program participants, as the cost would make program fees prohibitive. Please review your own health insurance plan to be certain that you and your family have the proper coverage.
