The BACG Advisory Board is composed of citizens who advise and support Parks & Recreation in the management and coordination of the BACG program. The Board of Advisors shall consist of not less than five (5) members with a maximum of fifteen (15) members.  The Board of Advisors shall strive to consist of at least one member from each garden site. No more than one fifth of the Board of Advisors may be made up of Members-at-Large. A Member-at-Large is an Advisory Board member who is not renting a BACG site plot.
