Try Scuba

This is a program designed to provide non-diving people with a thorough orientation and a chance to 'get a taste' of the sport safely without enrolling in a formal course. Participants must be at least 12 years old. Class limit of 6.

Summer High School Sailing

Register
This race-oriented and fun skill-building program - an extension of the community-wide Northern Vermont High School Sailing Team program - is for sailors of all abilities entering 9th grade through recent high school graduates. Classes are on Fridays, with races on Tuesday evenings.

Adult Sailing Lessons

The LCCSC offers a variety of programs for those aged 17 and above, including several programs for women only.

12-hour courses, including Intermediate Dinghy, Learn to Sail, and Intermediate and Cruising

Tuesday Evening Racing Series

Register
All dinghies and kayaks/canoes welcome! Join us for fun and casual racing for all sail and paddle boats and all abilities. Free pizza July 30 and August 20, and special prizes awarded throughout.

Youth Sailing Lessons

Register
Beginning and intermediate classes offered for youth. Choose among four 2-week sessions or one 1-week session.

8- to 10-year-olds: 1-4 p.m.
11- to 17-year-old beginners: 9 a.m.-noon

$170 per session per sailor


Family Learn to Sail

Register
Learn to sail as a family! Minimum age is 8, with two to three sailors per boat.

July 21, 22, 28 & 29: 9 a.m.-noon
Aug. 4-7: 5-8 p.m.

Costs

$220 per 2-sailor boat or $270 per 3-sailor boat
