Burlington's parks are available to the public on a first-come – first-served basis. However, certain facilities may be available for special use on a reservable and exclusive-use basis. Special use of these facilities must be compatible with the department's overall policy of appropriate use and good resource stewardship.
A park special use permit is required to reserve a park area or facility or if a group of 20 or more people desire to use a park area. The cost of the permit is $25. For more information about park special use permits or to reserve a facility, please call 865-7247.
