Located at the foot of King Street, Perkins Pier is a popular destination for boaters and sightseers and an ideal location for watching the sunset over Lake Champlain. Perkins Pier offers a playground, seasonal boat slips, boat rentals, boat launch, and public restrooms. Perkins Pier is available for special event use by permit only. Parking
$5 per vehicle daily parking fee ($8 for non-residents); trailer season parking passes may be purchased for $30 and vehicle season parking passes may be purchased for $45 for Burlington residents and $60 for non-residents. Daily or seasonal parking passes are also required for the Waterfront Park Boat Launch (near the Coastguard station) and may be purchased from the Perkins Pier gate attendant. Gate attendant on duty weekdays 7:30am- 9:30pm; weekends 6am- 9:30pm.
