Located at the foot of King Street, Perkins Pier is a popular destination for boaters and sightseers and an ideal location for watching the sunset over Lake Champlain.  Perkins Pier offers a playground, seasonal boat slips, boat rentals, boat launch, and public restrooms.  Perkins Pier is available for special event use by permit only.  Amplified sound may be permissable but its use requires prior approval and certain limitations apply.  Call (802)865-7247 for more detailed information.

Free Rowboat Use at Perkins Pier
Burlington residents are encouraged to use the rowboats available for free use Tuesdays through Thursdays, May-October, depending on the weather.

Waterfront Boat Rentals
Canoes, kayaks and power boat rentals are available at Perkins Pier through Waterfront Boat Rentals.  For more information, call (802)864-4858.

Parking
$4 per vehicle daily parking fee ($5 for non-residents); trailer season parking passes may be purchased for $15 and vehicle season parking passes may be purchased for $35 for Burlington residents and $50 for non-residents. Daily or seasonal parking passes are also required for the Waterfront Park Boat Launch (near the Coastguard station) and may be purchased from the Perkins Pier gate attendant. Gate attendant on duty weekdays 7:30am- 9:30pm; weekends 6am- 9:30pm.

Season Passes will not be honored at the Perkins Pier Marina on non-holiday weekdays before 11am, unless pass holders are using marina facilities and lake access for recreational purposes. During weekend and holiday periods, season passes will be honored 6am-9:30pm.
